Returns

  • You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (based on availability).
  • Eligible items include: collars, leashes, toys, unworn pet clothing, unused grooming tools, beds, and travel accessories.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Used grooming supplies
    • Worn pet clothing
    • Used bedding or travel accessories

Return Process

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to get started.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error (wrong item, defective, etc.).
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help, based on availability.
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and shipping costs for both return and replacement items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any shipping costs related to the return.

Important Notes

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
